The mission of Plano ISD Learning Media Services is
to ensure that library resources and services are
a vital
part of every student's continuous learning experience. The library program is an integral part of the total education
of the student. To make the gathering and use of information relevant, the library program must be integrated into the everyday educational experience of every student. A truly effective school library media program depends on the collaborative efforts of all who are responsible for student learning.
